We dispatch parcel after QC (quality check) process so that customer need not to face such kind of issue. Β All customer are requested to make an opening video of product, in case you get any damaged/different product after QC, you can share that opening video to us by whatsapp or email. If you receive any damaged/different product, all responsibility lies on VASTRAMOKSHA. You will get fresh & new product. Reverse pick up will be done by VASTRAMOKSHA.Β 

  • What if, parcel is damaged while receiving courier?

In this case, customer need not to accept order. Customer should immediately inform us, and we will send new productΒ  to customer in replace of that product.Β 

  • What if, courier boy are asking more money than ordered value?

In this case, customer need not to accept order. Customer should immediately inform us, and we will take action
